Shipping policy
Every Silhouist garment is made to order — cut and crafted specifically for your body. Because of this, our delivery timeline includes two phases: production and shipping. We believe in full transparency about both.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $199 or more. Orders below $199 are charged a flat shipping rate of $12.99. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout — no code required.
All orders ship with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Production time
Once your order is placed and measurements are confirmed, our tailors begin crafting your garment. Standard production takes 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order enters production, and a dispatch notification once it ships.

Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping): approximately 3–4 weeks for US orders; 4–5 weeks for international orders.
Address changes
To update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@silhouist.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered production we may not be able to redirect the shipment. Packages returned due to an incorrect address will require the customer to cover re-shipping costs.
International orders — customs & duties
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and garment immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@silhouist.com. For orders that appear lost in transit, please reach out after the estimated delivery window has passed and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
