Refund policy
Because every Silhouist garment is made to your exact measurements and specifications, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on change of mind, styling preference, or fabric choice. What we offer instead is something more meaningful: our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Custom-made garments
All Sizeless Suits, Sizeless Shirts, Blazers, Tuxedos, Vests, Trousers, and Shorts are made to order. These items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except in the circumstances listed below. Please review your measurements carefully before submitting your order.
Fit issues — covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee
If your garment does not fit as expected, you are fully protected by our Perfect Fit Guarantee. Depending on the nature of the issue, this covers alteration reimbursement of up to $75 per shirt or up to $125 per suit, blazer, or tuxedo, a complimentary remake, or — in exceptional circumstances — a store credit resolution.
Manufacturing defects & incorrect items
If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent, we will resolve it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or discrepancy. We will cover return shipping and either remake or refund the item.
Condition requirements
- Unworn (tried on for fit assessment only)
- Unwashed and free from odors or stains
- Unaltered by any third party without prior written approval from Silhouist
- In original packaging with all tags attached
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
